Laura Jackson curated the most amazing tablescape, whilst Simon Stallard cooked up a seasonal feast of Poretti roasted scallops, a cave-aged wheel of Grana Padano and Gerrans Bay lobsters amongst so many veggie-sides and Italian-inspired dishes served straight off the grill.
