Since COVID has had an effect on weddings, now is the time to rethink the traditional wedding format and focus on a smaller, more intimate celebration shared with only a handful of your nearest and dearest.

Bringing guest numbers down to an intimate number offers couples planning a small wedding the opportunity to focus on beautiful details and opens up a whole new raft of ideas for the venue.

In December 2020, we were delighted to be offered the opportunity to work with Unique Homestays as they launch their wedding collection, a selection of luxury homes from clifftop settings, secluded beach locations, bohemian farm stays and woodland retreats.

With a smaller number of guests many are now opting to extend their wedding and continue the celebrations over a few days, merging their wedding with a staycation, giving everyone more time to relax and enjoy the company of loved ones.

This incredible elopement wedding shoot took place at the The Beach Hut. The ultimate runaway coastal location set in a secret north Cornwall surf spot, this salt-beaten shack has weathered the wildest of storms and remains possibly the most romantic destination the UK has on offer.
